Payment

All payments are securely processed through Shopify's secure payment platform. We are able to accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Wallet. 

What other payment options are there? 

Payment for overseas customers is best made by PayPal as this includes PayPal Insurance. PayPal also accepts UnionPay if your address is in China..

For Australian customers, it is also possible to make EFT payments direct to my bank account. Details at checkout.

Is Tax included?

Australian GST is included in all prices

Australia-wide Shipping

Postage and packing is not included in the price and will be added at checkout. Tracking and Insurance is included.

Note that insured items require a signature upon receipt, which means it cannot be left if you are not home.

Do you offer international shipping?

If you live outside Australia, There are two shipping rates based on the weight of the article. This is calculated at checkout and includes Insurance. Be aware that this may require you paying additional taxes in your own country.

Returns

We hope that you will love the piece you have bought. But, should there be a reason you are not satisfied with your jewellery, it can be exchanged for an item of equal value within two weeks of purchase. Please contact us for more information if you wish to arrange an exchange.

Can I buy a Gift Card?
